Corporate Governance
Iaterion has a commitment to good governance and business practices. In furtherance of this commitment we regularly monitor developments in the area of corporate governance and review our processes and procedures in light of such developments. Iaterion complies with the rules and regulations promulgated by Federal and State Government and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and we implement other corporate governance practices as we believe are in the best interest of the company and our stockholders.
Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
In 2013, Iaterion adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code of Conduct”), which is available below and also to any stockholder otherwise requesting a copy. All Iaterion employees, officers, and directors, including the Chief Executive Officer, are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct in discharging their work-related responsibilities. Employees are required to report any
conduct that they believe in good faith to be an actual or apparent violation of the Code of Conduct. Amendments to the Code of Conduct, and any waivers from the Code of Conduct granted to directors or executive officers, will also be made available through the Company as they are adopted.
Reports, concerns or complaints regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters, or questionable accounting or auditing matters may be made by calling Lighthouse Services at 1-800-398-1496. Such reports may be made confidentially and anonymously.
